~ Monday-Friday, Target Standard Business Hours
~ Occasional Nights/Weekends For Event Support
Salary: Starting At $21 Per Hour (Experience Taken Into Consideration)

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive and shared administrative support to several departments within the Advancement Team, including Development, Marketing & Communications, Prevention & Education, and Strategic Partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for the various departmental teams.
- Work closely with the Development Coordinator on tasks related to database management and research.
- Assist with the administrative aspects of various events, manage mailing lists, create and distribute reports, and provide clerical support as needed for internal meetings, including the creation and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Support the Advancement Team with tasks such as proofreading, workflow management, preparing presentations, collecting market data, liaising with printers, and other vendors.
- Assist the Prevention & Education Team with administrative tasks related to program implementation and evaluation. This includes data entry, report generation, and maintaining program records.
- Assist Events Manager with Speaker's Bureau scheduling.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and processing invoices.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited institution in related field = Preferred
- High School Diploma and Relevant Experience = Required
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Non-Profit setting = Required
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously = Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possessing a friendly demeanor and internal customer-oriented approach = Required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills = Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office = Required
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge Software = Strongly Preferred
- Ability to potentially work flexible hours, to support Team Events = Required
- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required
- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
