POSITION DETAILS:
~
Overseeing and participating in Client care processes
~ Ensuring a safe and therapeutic milieu
~ Setting appropriate Client boundaries
~ Remaining attentive in assigned Safety Zones
~ Consistently communicating Program rules and expectations to clients
- Assisting Supervisors with:
~ Unit Staffing & Team Training Compliance
~ Communicating new Policy/Procedure information to Staff
~ Being actively engaged with entire Treatment Team (Other BHT's, Nurses, Support Staff & Providers)

Performing Client-related duties such as:
~ Admissions & Orientation
~ Search
and Seizure & Unit UA Screenings
~ Client Monitoring & 1-To-1 Care
~
Facilitating and/or managing groups
~ Discharges & Documentation
~ Following all Infection Control Standards including Client Laundry needs.
~
Supporting Client success:
~ Empathetic communication with active listening to address needs
~ Utilizing DLC de-escalation techniques to diffuse and intervene if necessary
- Guiding, mentoring and supporting other/less-experienced BHT's.
- Identifying safety risks in a proactive manner in collaboration with Shift Team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school Diploma/GED = Required
- One-year relevant experience or formalized training in a related field = Required
- Ability to pass a Level II DCF/AHCA Fingerprinting, Drug Screen & Local Criminal Check = Required
-Active/Clear Driver's License=Required
COMPENSATION:
- Strong Hourly Base Rate

Sign-On Bonus:
~ $1,000 For Day Shift
~ $2,000 for Evening or Overnight Shift

Retention Bonus
~ $1,000 every 6 months (approximately $1 extra per hour)
- Opportunity to work Additional Hours for extra income after Initial Employment Period

Differential Pay
~ Day Shift (8AM-4PM) = $1.00/hr [Weekends Only]
~ Evening Shift (4PM-12AM) = $2.00/hr [Weekdays] & $3.00/hr [Weekends]
~ Overnight Shift (4PM-12AM) = $3.50/hr [Weekdays] & $4.50/hr [Weekends]
