Salary: Starting at $135,000 (experience and language skills taken into consideration)

Our PSYCH APRN's work closely with other colleagues and local community partners to design custom Treatment Plans for those in need. Key Responsibilities:

- Providing Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management care in a targeted group of Programs including Outpatient Medical Services, our Community Action Team and the OnTrack Early Psychosis Intervention Group.

- Carrying a focused caseload for child and adolescent Clients, cross-training to assist with Adult Medical Services and MAT programs as needed.

- Interacting with Clients' families as part of total Treatment Plan.

- Assisting with seeing providers clients when providers are out, other provider does not have capacity in their schedule and or as part of our Just in Time/No Show Clinic Model.

- Focusing on detailed and timely documentation that ultimately assists with the goals of the Treatment Plan.

- Utilizing a variety of direct clinical skills in assessment, treatment and intervention services within Behavioral Healthcare (Substance Use as well as Mental Health).

- Intuitively managing all administrative and clinical caseload responsibilities.

- Conservative use of bridge scripts and adhering to our refill policy and NSNAP Clinic Model.

- Ensuring all documentation is submitted and approved in the client record within 24 hours.

- Working alongside DLC Therapists, Nurses, Support Staff and other Providers as a treatment team.

- Capacity to independently certify paperwork for client admissions under the Baker Act.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Psychiatric or Mental Health Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university or a Master's Degree in Nursing and certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing = Required

- Current/Active/Clear FL APRN License = Required

- 2 years of experience in Mental Health Services = Required

- A minimum of one-year recent experience working as a PMHNP under the supervision of a Physician = Required

- Current/Active/Clear FL Driver's License and ability to travel within Collier County = Required

- Psych Certification & NPI = Required

- CAQH = Preferred But Not Required

- Knowledge of overall objectives, treatment concepts and regulations pertaining to the care and treatment of the mentally ill and/or individuals with substance use disorder issues = Required

- Bilingual (Spanish) = Preferred But Not Required

- Ability to relate to and communicate with a diverse group of Clients, colleagues, agencies and community members = Required

- Recognition that all members of a professional team matter equally = Required

- Proven survival in a fast-paced and demanding environment = Required

- Ability to combine clinical accuracy with compassionate care = Required

- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information), task prioritization and independent problem solving = Required

- Dedication to the organization's mission, standards, procedures and protocol = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
