Clinical Coordinator (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT): Adult & Children's Outpatient [Position # 95]

DLC's Outpatient services include a wide, thoughtful and modern variety of approaches to transformative care. 

Our Clinicians work closely with Therapists, Nurses, Doctors and other progressive Program Staff to design custom treatment plans. This is a unique hybrid position with responsibilities split between administrative/leadership duties as well as direct client services. 


- Direct care services to outpatient clients.

- Working closely with Clinical Supervisor to complete selected administrative duties. 

- Productivity adjusted to compensate for Clinical Coordinator responsibilities.

- Example of Some of the Administrative duties:

o Assisting to find coverage during staffing needs

o Leading and coordinating peer consult meetings

o Completing staff peer reviews

o Reviewing and assigning incoming referrals

o Assisting with recruitment and training as needed

o Weekly management of reports and completing meeting minutes

o Leading OP staff meetings in the absence of Clinical Supervisor

o Working closely with Clinical Supervisor to assist with administrative tasks that help meet program goals.

o Capable of providing clinical guidance to staff in absence of supervisor.

o Identifying program needs and typing up workflows for staff as needed. 

o Being available for staff along with supervisor for workflow or Credible related questions. 

- Clinical duties:

o Therapy for substance use disorders and/or mental health disorders

o Treatment and discharge planning

o Completion of state reporting forms

o Collaborative and timely electronic medical records

o Meeting productivity standards.

o Capable of providing clinical guidance to staff in absence of supervisor.

o Assisting with completing BBHSE's.


- Master's Degree from in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling = Required (From Regionally Accredited College or University)

- Current FL professional license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) = Required

- 1 years working in Mental Health Services = Required

- Ability to portray understanding of treatment concepts and objectives = Required

- Complete knowledge of state regulations regarding treatment of mentally ill and substance abuse clients = Required

- Recognition that all members of a professional team matter equally = Required

- Proven survival in a fast-paced and demanding environment = Required

- Strong skills in care-focused client service = Required

- Ability to compassionately communicate with a variety of co-workers, clients and community agencies = Required

- Ability to multi-task and high comfort level with concurrent/collaborative documentation=Required

- Solid Microsoft Office and typing skills = Required 

- Bilingual (Spanish) = Preferred

- Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) = Required

- Ability to combine clinical accuracy with compassionate care = Required


- Full-Time Position (Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays!)
