Job Summary: Our Access Center is the first point of contact in providing truly transformative care, while the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a voluntary daytime treatment option that is structured, intensive and medically supervised for both Children and Adults. .

This Clinical Supervisor role oversees both and is a fundamental part of securing strong care plans for our Clients, as well as ensuring they have options when it comes to achieving mental and physical wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for effective managerial and clinical responsibilities within both outpatient/walk-in and PHP settings.

- Maintaining a thorough and communicable knowledge of all services offered within the Access Center and PHP Programs.

- Providing clinical supervision to all Staff members in a comprehensive and supportive manner, including Licensure Supervision to Registered Interns.

- Obtaining and efficiently utilizing information and data necessary for service provision.

- Assuring proper utilization of Staff's direct service allocation as well as high-standards of Client care.

- Working with Human Resources regarding recruitment, performance evaluation and other policies and procedures.

- Meeting budget expectations in terms of Staff compensation and operating expenses.

- Offering proactive and thoughtful recommendations for process and quality improvement.

- Setting an example in providing client-conscious service to the Collier County Mental Health community.

- Embodying the DLC Charter by displaying integrity, exceptional compassion, collaborative partnership, creativity and resourcefulness.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in Social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or related field = Required

- Clear/Active FL Clinical License (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) = Required

- Clear/Current FL Driver's License & Ability to travel locally (Collier County) = Required

- Experience working with entire age range population = Required

- Leadership experience in a Mental Health environment = Required

- Knowledge of overall objectives and treatment concepts pertaining to Mental Health and Substance Use Clients = Required

- Qualified Supervisor Status = Preferred But Not Required

- Spanish or Creole Bilingual = Preferred But Not Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting (General Information can be found HERE), Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
