Salary: Starting At $80,000 (Experience Highly Considered)

Job Summary: Our FACT Team provides truly transformative care to a high-need population of adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders - if you are matched and motivated by an interdisciplinary team environment this is an opportunity to enhance an imperative area of DLC's community-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing multidisciplinary FACT Staff who provide person-centered and community-based treatment and interventions.

- Ensuring compliance with internal, state and federal regulations.

- Obtaining and effectively utilizing available information and data for the continued success of the FACT Program.

- Offering proactive and thoughtful recommendations for process and quality improvement.

- Handling a demanding caseload as well as assuring appropriate utilization of Staff time based on their own case management responsibilities.

- Assisting DLC HR Team with recruiting, staffing and retaining dedicated team members.

- Providing team-based leadership focused on results, performance and strategic initiatives.

- Setting an example in providing client-conscious service to the community.

- Staying on track with budget expectations and targets.

- Embodying the DLC Charter by displaying integrity, exceptional compassion, collaborative partnership, creativity and resourcefulness.

- Working as part of a true team across different programs within DLC.

- Advocating for clients to focus on life-changing wellness through a strong and tested treatment model.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field = Required

- Current FL Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or scheduled exam within 6 months = Required

- Supervisory/management experience = Strongly Preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge in all aspects of clinical care related to adults with co-occurring substance use disorders = Required

- 2 years working in a clinical setting = Required

- Valid FL Driver's License and clean driving record = Required

- Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment that portrays decisiveness = Required

- Flexibility, accessibility, working after hours, including some weekends, to ensure accountability and integrity = Required

- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information) and communication (written and verbal) = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
