Job Summary: This direct Supervisor role leads the way for our renowned Children's Community Services programs including Case Managers and Clinicians in TBOS and WRAP service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervisory & Leadership Duties

- One-on-one supervision to review cases and progress; lead meetings and case consultations

- Provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff

- Peer review, customer service and quality of care reviews plus ethical guidance for client issues

- Evaluate clinical staff performance and provide constructive feedback

- Support staff in professional development and licensure processes

- Address conflict resolution, staff concerns, and disciplinary actions as needed

- Facilitate client engagement opportunities

Administrative Responsibilities

- Compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations

- Monitor and ensure staff adherence to policies and procedures

- Oversee clinical documentation and recordkeeping for accuracy and timeliness

- Develop, implement, and update clinical protocols and treatment guidelines

- Coordinate and schedule supervision sessions, team meetings, and trainings

- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives

- Fiscal management including approval of enhancement funding and monthly billing statements

Clinical Oversight

- Review/assign referrals and provide services if needed for Team on leave

- Oversee clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning

- Ensure quality of care and effectiveness of treatment plans

- Review client cases to ensure appropriate care is being provided

- Provide crisis consultation and support to clinicians as needed

- Monitor service delivery to ensure cultural competence and trauma-informed care

Training & Development

- Work with HR to interview, onboard and train new clinical staff

- Provide in person support in the completion of clinical responsibilities for new hires

- Develop/facilitate workshops, trainings, or CEU opportunities

- Monitor staff training requirements and compliance with Relias learning system

- Promote best practices, evidence-based interventions, and continuing education

- Remain current with clinical trends, licensure laws, and professional standards

Communication & Collaboration

- Foster a positive, supportive team culture.

- Liaise with external agencies, referral sources, and community partners

- Communicate with families or guardians when appropriate

- Represent the clinical team in interdisciplinary or administrative meetings

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related = Required

- Active/Current FL Clinical License (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) = Required

- Qualified Supervisor Status = Strongly Preferred

- 2+ years in a similar position with community services, mental health, etc. = Required

- Staff supervisory/leadership experience = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
