We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our OnTrack team—an innovative, multi-disciplinary program that helps young people navigate one of life’s toughest challenges: their first episode of psychosis.

What You’ll Do
You’ll balance clinical leadership with direct client engagement—mentoring a small, highly skilled team while staying connected to the people we serve.
- Provide supervision, training, and support to the OnTrack team.
- Deliver individual and family therapy, case management, and psychoeducation.
- Coordinate referrals and community partnerships to expand program reach.
- Oversee intake, discharge, and on-call coverage.
- Foster a culture of dignity, shared decision-making, and recovery-focused care.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Active (or soon eligible) Florida licensure: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
- Leadership experience in a mental health or youth-serving environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus.
- A deep belief in human potential—and the ability to inspire it.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary from $80,000, commensurate with experience.
