Salary: $55,000-$65,000

Job Summary: Crossroads Continuum provides transformative services to those beginning their journey to wellness on the detox unit. Our Clinical Staff have the rewarding responsibility of working with Clients that are moving forward in their personal recovery path.

Key Responsibilities:

- Completing clinical assessments, treatment plans and Crisis Intervention.

- Providing individual, group and/or family therapy for adult Clients participating in the detox program.

- Overseeing an assigned caseload of Clients as a vital part of a multidisciplinary team (Treatment planning, documentation, collaboration with discharge planner and resource linkage).

- Psychoeducational counseling as needed.

- Promoting total wellness through an integrated and comprehensive clinical approach.

- Embracing a flexible nature in demanding situations to assist the DLC mission when providing recovery services.

- Providing Client, family, organizational and community education on substance use disorder issues.

- Maintaining an organized workflow utilizing all available resources such as technology, education and Supervision/training.

- Making diagnostic impressions/observations, as well as other mental, physical and social considerations.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related field = Required

- Experience in substance use disorders/mental health treatment = Required

- Inclusive skills in clinical assessment, evaluation, planning and intervention = Required

- Ability to recognize the need for, set, communicate and maintain Client boundaries = Required

- Demonstrated abilities in the proper management of time, communication and information = Required

- Adaptability to varying and emergency work conditions = Required

- Confidence to work with a combination of empathy, energy and efficiency = Required

- Natural ability to work well with a diverse group of peers, coworkers and community partners = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
