Front Desk Receptionist: PRN/On-Call Coverage - Administration Building [Position # 1002]

This position has NO SET hours, you are able to accept or deny shift coverage based on your availability! 

POSITION DETAILS:

- Greeting visitors, new Staff and local community members as well as directing them to the appropriate DLCenters' building or location.

- Processing and preparing both internal and external daily mailings.

- Receiving, sorting and distributing all deliveries.

- Providing administrative support to various departments including Reference Checks for Human Resources.

- Date stamping, logging and processing checks to the Accounting Department.

- Assisting the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

- Maintaining Visitor Registration log and entering Client Satisfaction Survey Cards.

- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls promptly plus handling each call with the highest level of customer service.

TO JOIN OUR FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATION TEAM:

- High school Diploma/GED = Required

- Bilingual Spanish = Preferred

- Previous experience in a Customer Service role = Required

- Strong multi-tasking abilities and solid organizational skills = Required

- Professional appearance and welcoming communication style = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 (Including Teams) = Required

- HIPAA experience = Preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED

- Remaining compliant with all Trainings/Immunizations = Required

- Ability to clear a DCF Level II Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen & Local Criminal Check = Required

LOGISTICS & COMPENSATION:

- Hourly/Non-Exempt position
~ All hours worked between 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday~ Expectation of at least 3 shifts accepted per month
