What You'll Do:

Onboarding & Employee Integration:
- Take the lead in coordinating the full onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported every step of the way.
- Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and all onboarding materials with precision.
- Conduct engaging new hire orientations to introduce employees to company culture, policies, and benefits.
- Ensure smooth completion of background checks, employment verification, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and Facilities to ensure new hires have the tools and workspace they need to succeed.
- Be a go-to resource for new employees, providing answers and support during their onboarding process.

HR Support & Administration:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in our HR systems and files.
- Assist with exciting HR initiatives like employee engagement, training, and career development.
- Ensure the company stays in compliance with labor laws and internal policies by tracking necessary documentation.
- Support the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, and managing the return of company assets.

What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of HR coordination or generalist experience, with a focus on onboarding.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and applicant tracking systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, highly organized, and a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality: Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
