Licensed Clinician (CLIII): Adult Outpatient Services [Position # 100]

DLC's Adult Outpatient Services Program provides a wide variety of services that include thoughtful and modern approaches to transformative care. 

Our Clinicians work closely with Therapists, Nurses, Doctors and other progressive Program Staff to design custom treatment plans for SWFL children and adolescents. 

We are seeking the right fit with a licensed clinician (LCSW) who would thrive while providing exceptionally compassionate care to Clients in local Naples retirement communities.

This dynamic individual must be proud of their well-documented experience working with the aging population and a desire to make a powerful difference in other's lives.


- Conducting structured, thorough and care-based Client assessments.

- Providing onsite therapy services regarding Substance Abuse, Mental Health and Co-Occurring Disorders. 

- Developing Treatment Plans that match with Client history as well as motivate their future. 

- Additional Mental Health Services to empower and heal clients.

- Intuitively managing administrative and clinical aspects of carrying a busy caseload.

- Potential to facilitate Support Groups or handle educational presentations to DLC Staff.


- Master's Degree from in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling = Required (From Regionally Accredited College or University)

- Current FL professional license (LCSW) = Required

- 1 years working in Mental Health Services = Required

- Experience working with the geriatric population = Required

- Flexibility to handle light local travel = Required

- Ability to portray understanding of treatment concepts and objectives = Required

- Complete knowledge of state regulations regarding treatment of mentally ill and substance abuse clients = Required

- Recognition that all members of a professional team matter equally = Required

- Proven survival in a fast-paced and demanding environment = Required

- Strong skills in care-focused client service = Required

- Ability to compassionately communicate with a variety of co-workers, clients and community agencies = Required

- Ability to multi task and comfortability with concurrent/collaborative documentation = Required

- Solid Microsoft Office and typing skills = Required 

- Bilingual (Spanish) = Preferred

- Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) = Preferred

- Ability to combine clinical accuracy with compassionate care = Required


- Full-Time Position

     ~ No weekends or Holidays!

     ~ Roughly 8AM-5 PM with some flexibility required for Client needs
