DETOX PROGRAM
Our 15-bed inpatient adult Detox Program provides critical care and has expansion plans in place.
DETAILS:- Providing direct care to Clients, including triage, nursing assessment, implementation of orders, withdrawal assessment and management, observation, interviewing, recording and reporting medical and behavior patterns.
- Timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical records system.
- Supplying direction to Behavioral Healthcare Technicians (BHT's) as necessary.
- Evaluating and identifying nursing care plans and intervening according to nursing practice standards to meet Client treatment/care needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Implementing effective infection control practices and following reporting standards.
- Safely, accurately and effectively implementing/documenting Client discharges.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school Diploma/GED = Required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program = Required
- Current State of Florida LPN License = Required
- 1-2 years' related experience = Strongly Preferred
- Spanish Bilingual = Preferred
- Skills in nursing assessment, evaluation, planning, and intervention = Required
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office 365/Teams = Preferred
- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required
- Level II DCF Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
- Basic knowledge of Substance Use Disorder/Mental Health treatment principles and techniques (including Medication Assisted Treatment) = Strongly Preferred
LOGISTICS & COMPENSATION:
- Full-Time Hourly/Non-Exempt Position
~ Monday-Thursday, 3PM-12AM
OUTSTANDING SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL!
WEEKDAYS
DAY [8AM-4PM] = Base Rate
EVENING [4PM-12AM] = Additional $3.00 per hour
OVERNIGHT [12AM-8AM] Additional $5.00 per hour
WEEKENDS
DAY [8AM-4PM] = Additional $2.00 per hour
EVENING [4PM-12AM] = Additional $5.00 per hour
OVERNIGHT [12AM-8AM] Additional $7.00 per hour
