POSITION DETAILS:
- Providing therapy services using evidence-based practices.
- Identifying DSM 5-TR Diagnoses.
- Developing and reviewing Treatment Plans.
- Maintaining a manageable caseload based on client needs, frequency of sessions and clinician availability.
- Facilitating treatment groups in addition to individual therapy.
- Conducting clinical/biopsychosocial assessments as needed.
- Maintaining documentation requirements in electronic health records.
- Working with Care Coordinator in completing portions of administrative requirements.
REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN OUR ELITE OUTPATIENT TEAM:
- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited College or University in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field = Required
- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) = Strongly Preferred
- Spanish Bilingual = Preferred
- Ability to pass a DCF Level II Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Position
~ Compensation is based on experience
~ Monday-Friday OR Monday-Thursday (hours adjusted depending on number of days)
~ NO WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS
