Salary: $55,000-$65,000

Our Outpatient Team is looking to add a compassionate and bilingual Clinician to work closely with other Therapists, Nurses, Doctors and progressive Program Staff to design custom treatment plans for our valued Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-occurring individual and group therapy services including mental health and substance use disorders for our Immokalee location (reviewing, conducting and documenting).

- Working with children, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.

- Caseload management at an advanced level showing strong clinical skills in assessments and diagnoses.

- Utilizing detailed documentation abilities within Electronic Medical Records.

- Focusing on best practice standards in comprehensive care.

- Developing and evaluating individual and complex Client treatment plans.

- Advocating for the mental health/substance use disorder community in an Outpatient Clinic setting.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in Social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or related field = Required

- Spanish Bilingual = Strongly Preferred But Not Required

- Multiple years of working in mental health Services = Required

- Ability to relate to and communicate with a diverse group of Clients, colleagues, agencies and community members = Required

- Substance use disorder treatment experience = Required

- Active/Clear FL Driver's License = Required

- Experience with and willingness to run groups = Required

- Experience working with complete age population spectrum = Required

- Knowledge of overall objectives, treatment concepts and regulations pertaining to the care and treatment of the mentally ill and those with substance use disorders = Required

- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information), task prioritization and independent problem solving = Required

- Dedication to the organization's mission, standards, procedures and protocol = Required- Ability to therapeutically work with Adults and Children = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
