Office Coordinator-Crossroads Continuum - FULL-TIME [Position # 543] SIGN-ON BONUS!

Office Coordinator: Crossroads Continuum Program (Substance Use Residential)-Sign on Bonus. No weekends/holidays. 

Oversee daily operations within our Substance use Residential Program, ensuring efficient administrative support and facilitating communication between staff, clients and external partners. 

This role requires strong organization skills, commitment for client confidentiality and a passion for supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

Schedule and Compensation:

- Full-Time Hourly/Non-Exempt?(40 hours)~ Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm~ No weekends/holidays

~ Starting at $18.00 per hour

~Sign on Bonus $1,000

Office Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office operations, including but not limited to: Checking in patients, collecting payments, scheduling admissions, managing client records, compliance with confidential regulations

  • Accurately processing daily program deposits 

  • Serve as the first point of contact. Providing information and support as needed 

  • Maintain and organize program admissions, discharge and daily record keeping within the EMR 

  • Assist with client insurance verification and other client financial processes

  • Support the development and maintenance of materials and resources 

  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming for staff and clients 

  • Other duties assigned per Practice Manager 

Requirements:

- High School Diploma/GED = Required

- 2 years of Front Desk/Collections/Billing in the health care field = Required

- Experience with Health Insurance logistics = Preferred

- Ability to relate to and communicate with a diverse group of Clients, colleagues, agencies and community members = Required

- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information), task prioritization and independent problem solving = Required

- Dedication to the organization's mission, standards, procedures and protocol = Required

- Bilingual (Spanish/Creole) = Preferred

- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office 365/Teams = Required

- Ability to pass a DCF Level II Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
