Job Summary: This is a flexible, as-needed opportunity that assists our programs aimed at providing either intensive daily support (PHP) or structured outpatient care (IOP).

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing highly-skilled care to all Clients in the Adult PHP & Child PHP/IOP programs.

- Working in a multidisciplinary environment to ensure continuity of care.

- Direct Client care involving vital signs, weight charting and UA testing.

- Displaying energy, empathy and efficiency regarding Client care.

- Addressing Client concerns of those that arrive for new Client Orientation.

- Developing and updating treatment plans.

- Conducting triage assessment before Nurse Practitioner visits.

- Providing timely and accurate documentation both paper and electronic medical records.

- Communicating with the members of the client's treatment team as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school Diploma/GED = Required

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program = Required

- Clear/Active FL RN License = Required

- Skills in nursing assessment, evaluation, planning and intervention = Required

- Working with children = Required

- Related experience in Mental Health/Behavioral Health/Substance Use, etc. = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
