POSITION DETAILS:

- Utilizing a team-based approach to reduce risk to clients, visitors, and staff as well as to improve client experiences.

- Pivotal involvement in improving all processes throughout the Center.

- Managing Client Experience and Risk Management related activities.

- Working with Director of Quality Improvement & Organizational Performance to make sure Standards of Care are met.

- Diverse responsibilities in the Center's overall Risk Management strategies, including client experiences and data analysis.

- Cross training to assist with Monitoring, Licensing, Accreditation, and Policies.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

- High School Diploma/GED = Required

- 2 years of risk management and standards evaluation experience = Strongly Preferred

- Ability to operate in compliance with federal, state and accrediting regulatory agencies = Required

- Confidence in handling multiple project deadlines and goals simultaneously = Required

- Ability to work with a diverse collection of colleagues, community partners and regulatory organization representatives = Required

- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information), task prioritization and independent problem solving = Required

- Professional comfort operating in a strongly team-focused environment = Required

- Demonstrated experience providing enthusiastic and efficient internal customer service = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

LOGISTICS & COMPENSATION:

- Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Position
~ Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM
~ Friday 8AM-3PM
