Job Summary: Outpatient Therapy opportunities with a variety of professional options…

- Licensed Clinicians (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) or Registered Interns
- Working with Adults, Children, And/Or Families
- 4 or 5-Day Workweek Schedules
- Naples or Immokalee Location
- Lead Child & Hybrid Intake Roles Available

Key Responsibilities:

- Therapy and/or Assessment services utilizing evidence-based practices for both Mental Health & Substance Use Clients.

- Engaging Clients and family members in life-changing therapy.

- Identifying DSM 5-TR Diagnoses and developing/reviewing Treatment Plans.

- Handling a manageable caseload based on Client needs, frequency of sessions, and clinician availability.

- Maintaining documentation requirements in electronic health records.

- Providing Supervision to Master's level students or Registered Interns as need arises.

Qualifications:

Required

- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

- FL LMFT/LMHC/LCSW or Registered Intern Status

- Experience working with Adults, Children, And/Or Families

- Clear/Active FL Driver's License

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Copilot) and Electronic Medical Records experience

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations

- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting (General Information can be found HERE), Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check

Preferred For Certain Positions

- Spanish Bilingual

- Experience using DSM 5TR/ICD 10 codes for diagnosis

- Previous work with Children/Youth/Young Adults

- Experience assessing and treating substance use disorders

- Eligibility Status to be a Qualified Supervisor

- Team Leadership Experience

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
