DLC's Children's Services Program provides assistance to SWFL youth and young adults so that they can achieve an optimal level of independent functioning. We link them to resources promoting a recovery-focused lifestyle within a holistic perspective.

We are looking to select a Therapeutic Behavioral On-Site Services Clinician (TBOS), Master's Level, who thrives on comprehensive Client care and working with a broad range of children, teens and families.

- Fast-paced community-based position serving individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.

- Treatment services to children, adolescents and their families in home, school and community settings.

- Consulting and conferring with other talented professionals in the field. 

- Services Include (But Not Limited To):

      ~ Clinical Assessment

      ~ Treatment Planning

      ~ Individual Therapy

      ~ Family Therapy

      ~ Group Therapy

      ~ Crisis support

      ~ Intervention Services

      ~ Discharge Planning

      ~ Aftercare Coordination

- Managing and crafting daily schedule as each will be unique, new and different.

- Functioning as part of a multi-disciplinary team.


- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in psychology, social work, behavioral science or related area of study = Required

License Eligible Candidates strongly encouraged to apply!

- Youth experience working with serious emotional disturbances, mental health, emotional and/or behavioral issues = Required

- Spanish Bilingual = Preferred

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills= Required

- Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to care and treatment of mentally ill = Required

- Exceptional and intuitive track record in assessing Client needs = Required

- Comfort with and compassion while relating to diverse backgrounds and cultures = Required

- Efficient, empathetic and evocative communication skills = Required

- Demonstrated and experienced-based Client service abilities = Required 

- Valid FL Driver's License with clean driving record = Required

- Ability to travel locally = Required

- Accurate reporting and record keeping skills = Required


- Full-Time Position
