Position Title: UDS Specialist/Substance Use Recover Coach

Salary Range: $39,000-$55,000

Position Summary:
A UDS Specialist (Urine Drug Screen Collector) plays a critical role in conducting drug screening tests in compliance with legal, professional, and organizational standards.
Recovery Coach: is a professional or peer who provides support, guidance, and encouragement to individuals seeking to achieve and maintain recovery from addiction, mental health challenges, or other life obstacles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Urinalysis Drug Screenings: Oversee proper collection procedures. Ensuring that samples are collected in a manner that prevents tampering or contamination. This includes ensuring accurate documentation with all aspects of testing process.

Promote Substance Use Recovery through Recovery Coaching Principles:
· Encourage clients to stay on track with their recovery plans.
· Use evidence-based peer recovery support strategies on a one- to- one basis.
· Additional Duties (include but not limited too):
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent=Required
· Knowledge of HIPAA and other privacy regulations is beneficial=Required
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills=Required
· Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and in sensitive situations=Required
· Personal lived Recovery Experience=Preferred
· Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping=Required
