Psych APRN: Adult & Child Medical Services/CAT/OnTrack Programs [Position # 437]

DLC's Outpatient Programs provide a wide variety of services that include thoughtful and modern approaches to transformative care.

Our Providers, Therapists, Clinicians, Nurses and Support Staff work closely together in designing custom Treatment Plans for those with Substance Use, Mental Health or Co-Occurring Disorders.

We are looking to expand this team with an APRN experienced in providing exceptionally compassionate and skillfully clinical care.

Detailed documentation style, experience working with a diverse Client base and a dedication to making a difference in each life that walks through the door are a MUST - Bilingual Strongly Preferred But Not Required.


- Providing Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management care in Outpatient Medical Services and CAT/OnTrack Program (exact split TBD).

- Managing a focused caseload of adults and children.

- Interacting with Clients' families as part of total Treatment Planning Team.

- Utilizing a variety of direct clinical skills in assessment, treatment and intervention services within Behavioral Healthcare (Substance Use as well as Mental Health).

- Intuitively managing all administrative and clinical caseload responsibilities.


- Master's Degree in Psychiatric or Mental Health Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university or a Master's Degree in Nursing and certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing = Required

- Current/Active/Clear FL APRN License = Required

- Current/Active/Clear FL Driver's License = Required

- Bilingual (Spanish) = Preferred

- Psych Certification & NPI = Required

- CAQH = Preferred

- 2 years of experience in Mental Health Services = Preferred

- Knowledge of overall objectives, treatment concepts and regulations pertaining to the care and treatment of the mentally ill and/or individuals with substance use disorder issues = Required

- Ability to travel within Collier County = Required

- Ability to relate to a wide variety of co-workers, Clients and community agencies = Required

- Proven survival in a fast-paced and demanding environment = Required

- Strong skills in care-focused Client service = Required

- Ability to multi-task and high comfort level with concurrent/collaborative documentation = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) & Electronic Medical Records = Required

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required


- Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Position
~ Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM OR
~ Monday-Thursday 8AM-6PM
~ Some flexibility needed to meet Client/Team needs
~ Covers Naples Campuses & Immokalee Location
