IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) Licensed Clinician - Crossroads [Position # 466]

Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides a wide variety of support services that include thoughtful and modern approaches to transformative recovery.

The unique structure allows Clients to maintain personal and professional schedules while receiving comprehensive treatment that works with real life.

We are seeking a synergistic fit with a FL Licensed Clinician that thrives on helping others understand addiction patterns, developing self-awareness and understanding the relationship between co-occurring disorders.

POSITION DETAILS:

- Effectively managing a case load and meeting productivity expectations

- Providing group, individual and family therapy.

- Utilizing sharply-honed clinical skills to assess and plan for client treatment programs.

- Occasionally assisting with other related Crossroads Continuum duties.

- Clearly and consistently communicating the David Lawrence Center's Charter.

- Providing a therapeutic environment for services and treatment.

TO JOIN OUR ELITE IOP TEAM:

- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in Social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or related field = Required

- Clear/Active FL Clinical License (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) = Required

- Bilingual = Preferred

- Multiple years of working in mental health services/co-occurring disorders = Required

- Substance use disorder treatment experience = Required

- Experience with and willingness to run groups = Required

- Knowledge of overall objectives, treatment concepts and regulations pertaining to the care and treatment of the mentally ill and those with substance use disorders = Required

- Ability to relate to and communicate with a diverse group of Clients, colleagues, agencies and community members = Required

- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information), task prioritization and independent problem solving = Required

- Dedication to the organization's mission, standards, procedures and protocol = Required

- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office 365/Teams = Required

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass a DCF Level II Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

LOGISTICS & COMPENSATION:

SIGN-ON BONUS & POTENTIAL RELOCATION ASSISTANCE!

- Full-Time Salaried/ Exempt position
~ Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 1PM-9PM (For Groups)
~ Tuesday 9AM-5PM
~ Friday 8:30AM-3PM
~ Flexibility built into schedule to accommodate Client/Group/Staff needs
~ Total weekly hours not to exceed 40
